WHY ME?
Because I understand this chapter of life from the inside.
Over the past few years, I’ve been navigating post viral fatigue and the emotional and physical shifts of perimenopause. Some days yoga is the only thing that makes me feel remotely human again. My practice brings me back into my body, my breath, and my sense of self again.
When I discovered yoga I didn’t become someone new, I just found my way back to myself. I was slowly rediscovering me again and it felt, well, empowering and honestly, quite wonderful.
And I realised something important, we don’t lose ourselves all at once. It happens slowly, and finding you way back happens the same way.

MY APPROACH
My yoga teaching is intuitive, gentle and responsive. When life feels busy or heavy I use yoga, breath and grounding practices to help balance the energy in the body, soften the nervous system, reconnect and release what’s being held.
My classes are a blend of gentle strength vinyasa and hatha and are about feeling good in your body and they are designed to:
- help you feel safe in your body again
- soften your nervous system
- give you space to breathe, move and reconnect
Not pushing or forcing, but listening to your body, especially on the days you don’t feel like doing much at all.
Whether you’re completely new or returning after a long time away, you’ll be supported every step of the way.
