WEEKLY YOGA CLASSES

Heart-led, grounding classes to support consistency, strength and calm

Join me for weekly yoga classes at Tintagel Social Hall in North Cornwall.

These sessions blend gentle strength vinyasa and flowing hatha, designed to uplift, calm and restore balance. My teaching style is soulful, down-to-earth and welcoming, with space for you to move in your own way and listen to your body.

My yoga teaching is intuitive, responsive and energetically led. I tune into the collective energy in the room and the wider rhythms we’re moving through to shape each practice.

When life feels busy or heavy I use yoga, breath and grounding practices to help bring energy back into the body, soften the nervous system and release what’s being held. And when energy feels low, scattered or stagnant, we gently move, rest and reconnect to restore balance.


I see yoga as a form of energy alchemy

Whether you’re new to yoga or more experienced, you’ll find a warm and inclusive atmosphere. You’ll be gently guided and supported with practices that support your body and nervous system. My classes are about feeling good in your body, not pushing or performing and where you’ll find space to breathe, move and reconnect.

For 75 minutes, you’ll flow through a yin yoga practice, sink into a guided meditation, and a deeply soothing savasana – all designed to leave you feeling calm, restored, and uplifted.
