Through yoga, restorative rituals, nervous system support, skin wellbeing and wedding experiences, I create spaces where you can slow down, soften, reconnect and feel more like yourself again.
Because life can feel serious enough and I believe wellbeing should also feel supportive, uplifting and full of lightness.

THE HEART OF MY WORK
For over 16 years I’ve worked across wellbeing, skincare and the wedding industry, supporting women through both everyday life and some of their biggest milestones.
Over time I noticed many women weren’t looking for more pressure, more fixing or more overwhelm. They were exhausted, overstimulated and disconnected from themselves.
They needed spaces where they could fully exhale, and remember that life is allowed to feel good too.
That’s why I created this business, blending yoga, restorative treatments, nervous system support, skincare and wedding wellbeing to help women feel calm, supported and more like themselves again.

Alongside yoga and nervous system support, this space brings more ease, playfulness and feel-good rituals into everyday life, offering gentle, accessible ways to care for yourself.

Each 2 hour session blends yoga, face and body treatments, skincare and guidance depending on what you need, helping you feel calmer, clearer and more like yourself again.
This is focused time just for you. No rushing, no pressure and no expectations.

YOGA FOR DAILY LIFE
Soulful, joyful and playful yoga classes that are gentle, supportive and accessible, whether you’re new or experienced. They are intuitive and energetically led, responding to how things feel in the body, in the room and in the wider world. I use yoga as a form of energy alchemy, helping to release tension, settle the nervous system and restore balance through movement, breath and stillness.
And we feel into the fun! Because what’s a wobble on your mat without a little humour.
