My work has evolved alongside the women I serve. For over 16 years I’ve worked within the wellness and wedding industries, supporting women through deeply personal moments.
Over time I noticed something important, many women weren’t asking for more pressure, more pushing or more fixing. They were exhausted, overstimulated and disconnected from themselves.
They needed safe spaces where they could fully exhale and spaces where they could stop holding everything together.
And this is why I now offer the work you see here today. Where I blend yoga, restorative treatments, nervous system support, skincare rituals and wedding wellbeing experiences to help women feel calm, supported and more like themselves again.

Claire’s Wellbeing Club is where many women continue their journey with me, beyond treatments, yoga or weddings.
It’s a steady, supportive space to help you feel better in your body, calmer in your mind and more like yourself again, without pressure or overwhelm. With regular live yoga, the on-demand library with simple self care practices and wellbeing support, it gives you something to return to when life feels too much, offering gentle, accessible ways to care for yourself.

Each 2 hour session blends yoga, face and body treatments, skincare and guidance depending on what you need, helping you feel calmer, clearer and more like yourself again.

My classes are intuitive and energetically led, responding to how things feel in the body, in the room and in the wider world. I use yoga as a form of energy alchemy, helping to release tension, settle the nervous system and restore balance through movement, breath and stillness.
Classes are gentle, supportive and accessible, whether you’re new or experienced.
Practices often reflect the rhythms of the new and full moon, offering space to set intentions, let go and reconnect and always in a grounded, accessible and nourishing way.
I hold space with care, intuition and attunement, creating an environment where you can arrive exactly as you are and feel genuinely supported.
